We were called in by the CEO of the company to essentially help solve operational cash flow problems faced by the operations management team.  We started by analysing the existing operations management plan and actual implementation shortcomings.

Amongst others, we established various causes of revenue loss as well as actions that led to the approval of unnecessary extra expenses. These included manufacturing expenses as well as marketing budgets with no impact assessment or sales projections.
