Creating a Partnership Company

This project was one of the projects executed by Connect Management Consulting for two medium sized enterprises with operations in two separate sectors (health and IT sectors respectively) – A new and fast growing manufacturer of healthcare products with a new product for enhancing a healthy lifestyle and on the other hand a well established branding and digital marketing company.

For this project, Connect Management Consulting held consultative talks with both companies and proposed a Partnership collaboration as the best option to other forms of collaboration (e.g forming a new PLC for the production and marketing of the product).

The partnership agreement allowed both enterprises to make use of their in house resources to complement expertise needed in the product development, branding, and digital marketing phases.

The benefits of each partners in this form of collaboration included:

– Less paperwork for taxation

– Less energy for separate financial reporting

– No overhead for a separate product-specific-company
